All watches sold by Xylia London Ltd are covered by our standard 1 year warranty from the date of purchase. This covers any technical or mechanical faults with our watches including the watch movement, dial, hands and indexes. Our standard warranty does not cover any parts of the watch other than what is listed above. It also does not cover accidental damage, wear and tear or tampering with any of the mechanisms of our watches.

If your watch is faulty, please contact us and we will be more than happy to help. The following steps will guide you on how to make a claim-

Please include the following details when emailing us:

- Receipt/Invoice (If did not purchase the watch you will need to contact the person who purchased it for you to receive the proof of purchase)

- Pictures of the watch and the damage

- First and Last name

- Telephone number

- Street address

- Postal code

- Country, City


We may ask you to return the faulty watch. We will offer a replacement watch where the fault cannot be repaired and we will also reimburse your postage fees. If any faults or damages are not covered by the warranty we will not be able to repair or replace your watch without charge.

Note – We cannot honour any claims on warranty without the original receipt/invoice sent as proof of purchase.
